Refunds & Returns

It is the policy of 53 Interiors to make sure that all of the goods and services we provide are of the highest quality and standard, however if you find that a product you have received is faulty or damaged we are here to assist. 


If you receive a faulty or damaged item please contact us as soon as possible, and no later than 14 days, from receipt of the item by emailing info@53interiors.com. Please describe your issue fully, in as much detail as possible. 


We will contact you within 48hrs, and depending upon the item and the nature of the fault or damage we may ask you to: 

a) Return the item to us, by post, to our premises or to a specified drop-off point (at your own expense and as detailed in our Terms and Conditions); or 

b) Send us photos/videos of the fault/default.

We will then work with you to find a suitable resolution, if this resolution takes the form of a full or partial refund or an exchange we will fulfil this within 10 working days.

Cancelling/Changing Orders
As all of our items are handmade to order we offer a cooling off period of 24hrs.

 

If you change your mind or wish to make a change to your order please conduct us within 24hrs. Unfortunately due to the nature and size of our business we are unable to accept amendments or cancellations beyond this period.

Should you cancel your order within this time we will issue a full refund within 10 working days.
